Saturday was a great day! It started out with us sleeping in … whoops! We NEVER do that, but we slept until almost 10:00!! I couldn’t believe it. Then we went for our 30-minute brisk walk, as we try to do every day. After breakfast we drove to Lake Louise which is only about 5 minutes from our campground. The view is spectacular, as seen in the photos. We walked a trail that goes around part of that beautiful lake that is made up of meltwaters from five glaciers. It looks like glass! When we left the lake, it was getting cold, so we went and had coffee in the village and it started to rain really hard. We decided to rent “Nanny McPhee” and we went back to the motorhome and watched it. It was a really cute movie! After dinner, we played “Phase 10” for hours while we listened to celtic music with the rain and the thunder in the background. We were thankful to be in a motorhome with heat, and not in a tent! It rained all night and when we woke up this morning, it was 40 degrees outside. We just saw the weather report for this week and it's supposed to snow by Thursday. We aren't equipped for snow, so we're going to try and outrun it. We leave for Jasper National Park tomorrow. They're supposed to get snow by the end of the week, so we'll only stay a couple of days.
